We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance for small groups, and 3–4 weeks for larger groups of 20+ pax to secure hotel rooms and ferry slots. For peak periods (school holidays, year-end, CNY), book at least 4–6 weeks early.

No minimum! We cater from 2 pax (couples) all the way to 100+ pax (corporate or school groups). Pricing is per person and scales with group size — the bigger your group, the better the rate per pax.

Most ferries to Batam depart from Harbourfront Ferry Terminal (HarbourFront Centre) or Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, depending on your chosen ferry operator (Batam Fast, Sindo Ferry, or Majestic Fast Ferry). We’ll confirm the exact terminal when we send your itinerary.

Yes — return ferry tickets are included in all our packages. We use Batam Fast or Sindo Ferry (both are reliable and comfortable). The fare covers Singapore departure tax. Immigration fees at Batam side are also included.

No visa required for Singapore passport holders visiting Batam for tourism (up to 30 days). Just bring your valid Singapore passport. Make sure it’s valid for at least 6 months from your travel date. PR holders and other nationalities — please check your visa requirements separately. No Visa
